I ordered some tires and they said the package was delivered. I don't know what happened to my package as I am still waiting to hear from FedEx. It's now been 2 weeks since I have made the order and payment.

Tracking on eBay updates better than FedEx,and that's saying something

FedEx gets a 5 star rating from me. They keep me updated, drivers are patient, courteous and work their butts off to get their deliveries made. Kudos to you all!

My package has been sitting 15 miles from my house over a week in fedx warehouse. Went 2000 mikes in 4 days. My daughter had an order going fedx and got it in 3 days.

Appalling service and tracking info

Parcel hasn't moved in 4 days. Fedex can't give a delivery date.

Totally confusing- I still don’t know when my package will arrive

My Christmas tree has been atvrhe Tracy Ca facility for over a week

I hate complaining, but I’m so frustrated with this company! I diligently track my parcels every time to ensure I’m home when they arrive. This morning the tracking on the Fedex’s own website showed my my parcel arrived in Sydney Aus a few days ago, and this morning at 5am was in the city I live in. Often times when my parcels arrive this early I can expect they will be delivered the same day, so I changed my plans to be home. At 10am I checked the website again to see if the tracking was updated to “Delivering” and to my dismay it showed that it was back in Sydney! I then called the Customer Service number to get confirmation that my parcel was indeed here and not going back and forth in a truck and I continued to hold for 58 minutes before someone (from Malaysia) actually took my call. Thankfully, I was assured my parcel is not in Sydney, although the tracking still shows that. Running a small home based business, I rely on the tracking information being correct. And in the event I have a query about a delivery, waiting an hour to speak to someone is really unacceptable.

FedEx is getting ridiculous with their delivery! We get told one thing by either Chewy or Amazon it will be delivered a certain day and FedEx is behind by one or two days! Getting tired of this.

Package system updates are worthless

Package has been on the truck being delivered 2 going on 3 days

Took to FedEx on a Tuesday. They told me it would reach destination on Friday. It’s Sunday and it’s still showing my parcel is on the truck. Mailed same type of package via USPS and it was delivered Saturday
