I ordered my package after Thanksgiving and was to be here by 12/7 but it came on the 12/12 with the package open put on the side of the house instead of the front door and the package was from Norcross,Ga to Decatur,Ga it have not taken me two weeks to get my package

My package has been sitting in Indianapolis facility for 2 weeks

No updates package not delivered on time so one can help me and all give me different information so annoying

Great tracking. But it would be nice if you could say what is inside the package

The worst experience is that I am dealing with FedEx a second time because of the mistreatment of the FedEx representative for customs clearance, his name is Mr. Hussein and all his assistants in the office for the following reasons Theft in the accounts, a mistake in the money, and an increase in the demand for money, oh, the most important argument is that he takes more money and salvation, and the way of speaking is in the form of a threat to listen to what he says or confiscate the parcel, so it is really the last time I deal with FedEx

Late !!!! Not just a day late, several days No reason to be late, use UPS in the future, would not recommend FedEx to my worse enemy!

Horrible, horrible service!!! I am still waiting on a package that I shipped to my daughter on Dec. 1 to be delivered Dec. 3. It was delivered to the wrong address and is now being sent back to me. Tried calling customer service NO help there i still do not have the package to even send BACK to Houston for my daughter and this is now Dec. 12th. Ridiculous!

My parcel is from US to Malaysia. Why it was dispatched from US to Malaysia then to UK and back to Malaysia ?? Wasting time

It's very disheartening to review your service but here we are. A parcel was shipped from UK enroute Abuja on 11/22 and billed to arrive 11/28 but was declared missing in transit. A second one was produced and sent on 11/30 to be delivered on 12/8 yet on this day, it was said that there was no scheduled delivery date. It is very pathetic and sad.

Their deliveries are always days late. Doesn't matter if it's holiday time or just any time. I will never order anything that says it ships FedEx.
