My package left California, went to Georgia, went to another place in Georgia, and is now in Mississippi. It went through Alabama to Mississippi. It drove right by me to Mississippi, now they can't tell me where it is.

After placing my order online the confirmation says will deliver between the 8th-10 , still didn't get my order, call them again this morning where is my order per Ashley orders will arrive at the end of the day today I don't know why she has to lie ,track my order it's in transit from Illinoi wtf you guys are liars its 2 wks now I still didn't get my orders therefore I will give them 2 stars of poor customer service

Terrible shipping wait, my package said it was arriving 5 days ago. Its been in transit for those 5 days and today it finally said out for delivery just for it to later change to a delay status and back to in transit within the same destination city. Either they’re updating the status early before actually arriving or just lying

My package has been out for delivery EVERYDAY this week according to the tracking number. Then every night it says it will come tomorrow. Everyday we call and everyday are told something different. This is ridiculous. Its been 2 weeks.

Here it is 7:10pm waiting for my delivery with a tracking number that only tells me last update was over 12 hrs old. Not happy in this day and age with this service.

My package dispose to be here 10th said maybe 15th.

$400 gun upper receiver was show delivered at front door on porch but was left behind the mailbox in the rain about 400 feet from my house

Anything Fedex is poorly run and inefficient. Don’t know how they’re still in business

Fedex is the absolute worse shipping service , I can’t understand how they are still in business.

My package was in the hands of FedEx on Sunday, December 4. It went from hub to have an Illinois for five days before it was delivered. Worst service I’ve ever had

Now at fourth package in less than 1 month that has been lost in transit. All Christmas presents. If I could give 0 stars I would. What are you guys doing? I regularly get deliveries, not a hard address to find....

Keep postponing our delivery

Very disappointed my gift was supposed to be delivered on Thursday then on Friday now it's sat dec11 still not delivered where is it
