Horrible I’ve had a package sit in their warehouse for a week before

Waiting for package for 2 days with no time

Your driver lie . They say the went to your house when didn’t . Happened 2 X as I waited on my porch

Fedex has become worse than the post office.

My package has been out for delivery for 5 days. I live 20 min from the FedEx warehouse. Called several times and was giving a different answer every single time and still no answer. Worst customer service ever!!

My package was supposed to be delivered November 27th. Have no idea if and when I might get it.

I had 5 packàges that were due to deliver on Dec 8th. I took half day off work so I CLD be there when they arrived . No show. I tracked again on the 9th said out for delivery, took another half day off. No show. I called FedEx on 10th, got someone who clearly can not speak English, said it's on truck. Well how in the hey does he know when he is not even in the US. so here I am another half day taking off. I paid 268 for their freight and 3 half days of work and still can't deliver. Maybe I'll send bill for my time off and freight I already paid

FedEx is the worst shipping company I've ever used. Their employees are thieves. My son ordered a PS5 and FedEx was used. Was supposed to arrive on December 8. Now they have knowledge where his package is. Bunch of thieves. Now he will not get his Christmas present. Thank you FedEx for screwing up his Christmas

Once I placed the tracking number in box it provided the tracking info.

Called on December 6, 2021 to give the Apartment letter, Verizon also sent the correction, and still no package. Haven't ever been about to track. Called December 7-9, 2021 as well.

Package left Georgia on the 7 Dec did not arrive on Dec 9 were is now .

Very dissatisfied with FedEx. It’s gone way downhill.
