Usually on time sometimes early packages in good condition so far no issues and when packages are late Usually get notified about late arrival.

You guys are top notch, most professional drivers most courteous people you could ever meet they would go out of their way to help a elder person a disabled person or even a healthy person they are good good people and I mean that from the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you to FedEx I'm Nascar fan and watch it on TV or they advertise your car or FedEx on your car it just brings me back to the your personnel that does the delivery and your Warehouse people that do the sorting don't get enough credit at all I think that you all should take them out to a lunch or a free dinner a banquet to show how much appreciation that us people that depend on you guys that make them feel good thank you very much

Thank you to our Fed-Ex guy. He was phenominal. We saw him drive pass us as we were returning home, he doubled back and we were able to sign fir our package. Thank God too but that made our day. Fef-ex is the BEST- hands down!

I had put a box # for an ikea package. Fed ex doesn't deliver to post office boxes. When they couldn't deliver they shipped it to me through Canada post. They could have returned it. They went the extra mile. Thank you ?

FedEx is really terrible they need to get their self together

Very bad, it is taking more than 10 days for a distance of 250 ka only. Giving1 star because cannot give zero star rating.

Ordered in November. Still not delivered. Item was in stock. Slowest transit out of 3.

I did not get 2 packages delivered

Teaching the drivers how to read and deliver to the correct addresses. Teaching employees friendliness and to care would all be a gigantic improvement. Fedex is the most non caring rude and incompetent group.

Paid for next day delivery. Still not there 3 days later

Still shows my package in the city it was shipped from. Shipped on the 4th. Its now the 9th

Have had such issues with things I've ordered online and sent through FedEx, at least twice now within 2 weeks package was undeliverable, then the following week same issue. Get your $#!] together!

Was waiting all day for delivery and it never came. Tracking kept saying it's in transit.
