Fed ex ground is the most unreliable. I will track packages and they sit in Pittston for days. Then either end up damaged or delivered to the vacant house 2 doors down. I would never use fed ex ground if I had a choice at check out

You must be able to travel at Mach 3 speeds to be able to deliver my package by 8pm tonight considering you are 1 state away and 8pm is less than 2 hours from now! Are you guys employing Santa? If you can actually deliver my package from another state in less than 2 hours and in good condition I will definitely change my review status! On Donner on Blitzen....I'm waiting!

Parcel arrived in Edmonton Canada n Monday!! Just got notice that package has been delayed again for the 3rd time!! This service is not acceptable!! Last time I use FedEx for any of my parcel shipments!! Terrible service!!

They destroyed my package, then throw it in the garbage. Not attempt to deliver it.

How in the world fed ex get almost five star rating. Slow and late mostly.

Tracking is made up so why bother my package has been in same spot for 2 days on real time tracking.

Package has been at the Athens facility for days. Only live 45 miles from Athens. Damn am I going to have to go to Athens to pick up my package!

They steal packages and always late and they do not care if they break your items ? Do us all a favor and go out of business!

Delivery person didn't use provided buzzer number, called me from an unlisted number so there was no connection to FedEx itself. Apparently those were delivery attempts. I have yet to find a sticker showing delivery attempts or possible options (anything could've happened to it if they left one I guess) my package seems to not have moved now for 2 days.

FedEx driver is always polite and service is excellent.
