Fed ex is the worse courier service ever!!!! Got a call from FedEx last Friday that my package would be delivered on Saturday and must be signed with proof of ID. They would be here between 8-5:00. Stayed home and no delivery. Was told Sunday it would come, no delivery Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and still nothing!!! I called every day to speak to a customer service representative and that in itself is a long process then I would get someone from Guatemala, and other countries. I was told by someone on Tuesday that it was guaranteed to be delivered that day and I would get a call that evening to make sure it was delivered, no package and no call! How in the world can people still use them? So I would give them the very lowest rating available! So I give them a big fat 0!!!!

My shipment was supposed to arrive on the 5th, instead it has been setting in a fed ex facility for the last three days and the Updates vacilate between saying in Transit and at the fed ex facility. There has been no indication as to when it will be delivered. So frustrating!

Very slow and has been know to leave pkgs at wrong address numerous times

3 days so far for my package to be out for delivery.... still no package ? why does it take days to deliver 10 miles ?

Pkg arrived in deplorable condition. Was out for delivery 7 times before arrival. Will never voluntarily use fed ex again. Last effort in November was never received!

FedEx international priority mail nowadays is very very slow.poor service!

Tracking still shows my package is still in Bryan TX. I mailed it Thurs. Jan. 2nd, seven days ago. It hasn’t moved from Bryan Tx in four days now.

Fees were paid for overnight package. Promise date Monday, Dec 6th. Today it Dec 08 and nothing shows up.

This company is the absolute WORST!!! I would definitely NOT recommend them at all!!! There customer service is soooo poor! and rude!!! And not helpful at all! I still can not find out where my package is after 4 phone calls! I would give them a negative 10 rating!

Never left package. Said it was delivered but couldn't find package.

Very very rarely are my packages EVER on time? if you actually get a hold of a rep. They know absolutely NOTHING they seem to be taught to just tell ya what you want to hear to appease you. But no REAL answers. And for goodness sakes you can’t even call your local hub (someone that may actually know) to obtain info??‍♀️ It’s terrible customer service!

Ordered something back in November that was shipped to fed ex got notified it was shipped and it was received in my state but the next notice said waiting for item. How is that possible?

My package was picked up from Burlington on Monday and was supposed to be in Waterloo by 5 pm on Tuesday. This is Wednesday @10:42 am and it is still in Cambridge !! No very good service !!
