Big Package mailed from less than 2 hours away became LOST. Can not get a decent response. How do you lose a huge box?

Delivered my package but I didn’t receive it someone stole it off my porch and there bad at knocking on the door and leaving they should wait till you come to the door The company need to redo there policy on that

Once again FEDEX have failed to deliver a next day parcel, if I had known that the company that I purchased the goods from were using FEDEX I would have gone elsewhere.

Won't update location past original shipping location. Says package will be delivered today but package is shown to be in transit 3 states away for the last 3 days.

Every time I order an item and see that they have shipped fedex my heart sinks. I have a problem every single time getting my packages that is if I ever get them at all. Poor customer service they call and ask how to get to your home and never show up. I had a call yesterday from a fed ex driver wanting me to drive over an hour to pick up a package they were supposed to deliver over a month ago. I dont understand how this company is still in business!

My sister sent me a package through FedEx thinking that your service was gonna be better than the post office. The package was supposed to get here yesterday but it's in Memphis Tennessee instead. My sister paid almost two hundred dollars to send this package. I had told her to use the post office is cheaper and just as bad and irresponsible. Your service really stinks .

Why should I have to install aDasher app my order was shipped by Fed Ex ??

Your Tracking information is misleading and not updated. Poor service. Shipment is still not delivered!!! Extreme delay. Arrived in the UK but lingering some where??? Needs proper oversight.

Not only do I not receive packages on time they, the delivery drivers just toss them out at random doors at my apartment complex so it's a dang hode and seek just to find it.....half the time the package is beat up or has holes in it and one time it was literally tossed at the maintenance closet door on the property and I witnessed the driver doing it

Driver LIED and said could not deliver because of bad weather which was a LIE because the weather in Edmonton was a balmy 0 degrees and beautiful outside, driver did not deliver all his packages but LIED as reason why !!!!!!!!! Wouldn’t even have given a 1 star but it wouldn’t let me give 0
