No updates about delivery status

FedEx supposedly left the package at my front door never saw it, I contact them requesting a refund and they denied it because it said it was delivered if I could do 0 starts i will i dont know why companies still send packages with them

Impossible to get any accurate information been told parcel would arrive three times it didn't. Changed and corrected the address twice still no parcel. What do I have to do to get this delivery?

I have been using there services for many years and it was well and good but maybe due to the high competition this company is losing track. I'm missing my two shipments which cannot be tracked from the 20th.

Package always Delivered don’t have to worry about your packages disappearing!

I placed a order on 1December with a delivery date of 3 December. I track it yesterday and was told it would be delivered by close of business 6 December 2021 I just checked again a minute ago and they say it’s still in transit. At least stop the lies and tell me when I can expect the package to arrive. This is poor customer service.

Package was shipped on Dec 1 and was told it would be at destination by Saturday or Monday at latest. Now my package was supposed to go to North Dakota but is in Utah. A week later and no where near delivery destination.

Time sensitive letter from fl to ma. Five days and waiting!

I don't know how two of one packages can arrive at the Broken Arrow, OK location and 1 of the two packages arrives on a Saturday and now it is Tuesday after 7 pm and the 2nd package has been at the same facility since Saturday of last week. I need both packages to get a job done...

FedEx I wouldn’t even recommend this company to no one bad service plus they over charge people when they are in the wrong. They don’t deliver on time as promised and they put false statements in their database. If anyone decide to use this company just know they do not honor their own contracts

I dont know where my package is or when it is going to arrive. My package was supposed to arrive today and its already 7:00pm and no package.

2nd time never gets to its destination on time and the cost is high

Packages were not delivered. Your driver's drove past my house. Tracking numbers ending in 6276 and tracking number ending in 7800. Put in case number C47028771. Where are my packages. Saw Fed ex truck drove past my house both times. Did not deliver my packages. Do we have the same thing happening in Las Vegas as the Fed ex
