Package sitting at fedex location since Friday around 3 am has not moved. Fedex tracking has not been updated and cannot tell me when this will arrive. Hopefully before Christmas.

My tracking number says my package was delivered on my front door, i didn't get it! I just down the stairs and saw a very big box , that is my package but I can't up to my apartment!

Fed Ex lost a shipment coming to me. Shipment I sent to Arizona is two days late and they still haven’t received. UPS is more reliable and I will use next time.

This is the worst service ever, and apparently your worker Charlie feels the same way.. I called customer service at 6:23 pm on 11/6/21 and he also told me to find another service... I was appalled that he would even say that to a costumer

For 3 days my packages have made it on the truck for delivery, for 3 days, they went back to the Nashville facility without being delivered.

The service of this company is terrible in my location. Leave my packages too close to road and now have lost an important package from overseas for Christmas! Untrained employees.
