i have been waiting for my package all day 07/12 and it has not arrived. I checked the package it is still in stock. i paid a high fee for express delivery but did not receive the item on time and the customer support was very poor . What is the problem with this company?

I don't understand how a package goes from 1 state to another then comes back and takes 21/2 weeks to deliver when i order from same company and get my package within a week that i ordered after the first one that i still haven't received yet

I don't know where to start. I placed my order I was given 3 eta's and after the last I got "check back later". I called and chose to leave it at a FedEx location because I was told I would have it in 24hrs that was a lie! I spoke 2 humans and they had no info for me. It was like looking at the screen. The last time I spoke to someone she told me to go onto the website and fill out a claim only problem is I can't find the option to fill oit a claim. It has been almost a month now. I contacted Nike and explained what's going on and they immediately refunded me my money and said that they would investigate where the packages are themselves. I asked them to never use FedEx for my deliveries again! Very very disappointed in the service, lack there of, that I received. Even though I asked that my packages be held at a location when I put in my tracking # it still says that my packages are still on the truck smh.

This has been the worse delivery in the history of deliveries. I will never shop online again...in the 6 days my stuff has been at this location I could have driven all over to get my stuff....I guess ups FedEx and all the delivery companies are now the Christmas Grinches....

Package was estimated to be delivered December 4th, December 7th still not delivered. Fuess UPS will ger my business from now on.

As usual, FEDEX has lost another shipment!!! Incompetence has become their hallmark. As many years as this company has been in business you would think they would have learned how to do their job properly. Use USPS you have a better chance of seeing your shipment in this lifetime, or ever….. No more customer service in the United States and no more ability to contact a terminal manager. They don’t care about you or your shipment, money is their only concern!!!!! Do not use this company if you can possibly to avoid it.

A company sent me a rebounder which was supposed to be here on a Monday. 10 days later I still hadn't received it. The company sent another one to me. It was due 3 days ago...still waiting.

FedEx is quite awful. I catch their delivery drivers tossing my packages because they are too lazy to walk them to your door. Never on time as well. Trash service

Worst delivery service ever. According to tracking, pkg I ordered came from Ohio, traveled within 100 miles from my home.in California.and was returned to Ohio where it apparently still is. Have been waiting almost a.month..still no.package.
