Parcel was to reach the destination on 6th Dec. but has still not reached even a day after. Lousy service for very high cost.

Didn't receive item but shows delivered g

I paid extra to have my prescription sent to me before I ran out here it is Monday and I'm out of medicine and it still is not here

I did not receive my pkg.

Fed Ex has become unreliable and unable to get tracking progress or history

Info is never updated and tracking history does not come up

My package is not where it says to pick up

My order was said to be delivered on 25th November but has ended up in catering

Lousy at best. Unreliable!! Would always use UPS if I had the choice when ordering merchandise. UPS is dependable and drivers are courteous!!!

Still waiting on my package That has not moved in 2 days . I will not buy any that uses FedEx again

FedEx has continuously gone down hill for the past 3 years. It's gotten to the point where if a business uses them to ship, I'll buy it somewhere else. Even if it costs more.

My order has been stuck in Elenwood,Ga Been there for 7 days now squatting. I only live 3 hours from there. FedEx needs to go out of business and let the reliable shipping companies handle the shipping needs. I am going to avoid FedEx from now on they have lost my shipping needs business.

They are very responsible and do a very good job I like the customer service very nice and very polite

Routing never tells you anything g useful then when package is delivered I have to look all o er yard to find package.
