I ordered some non alcoholic wine. It was delivered to my doorstep but no body rang the bell so it sat outside and froze. When I opened it, all the bottles were broken open. I was home all day and easily could have brought it in if I'd known it was there.

Waste of time. Need a more refined tracking app…

Honestly not one single package has been even close to on time. And multiple have said delivered but they haven’t been. There’s one package that’s been in Georgia since before thanksgiving

This is the 3rd day FedEx assures it will be here. Still nothing. Was shipped 3 weeks ago. Cannot get human on phone.

The expected delivery date is never correct. Add at least 2 days and then it might be correct.

Fed Ex is all over the place with their deliveries! M package was sorted in Calgary and then shipped to Red Deer…I live in Airdrie!!!

The package has been in Trenton New Jersey since November 26th and I still not received it!

Horrible delivery. The FedEx man destroyed my plants. Very sloppy. They should be reprimanded.
