I sent 3 packages on the same day, from the same place, going to the same address and 1 made it to the destination but the other 2 are in 2 different cities. I would love to know why they weren't kept together. This is the first and last time I use FedEx

Ordered item 11/ 26/01, delivery was estimated 12/4/01, noticed it's been stuck in limbo in my state, in the same FedEx station since 12/2/01. And now says as I try to track it that delivery is unknown and pending. Kinda makes me wonder why the company I bought from uses FedEx.

I understand qualifications would require a driver's license but do they have to read and know how to use a navigation system? I understand it's hard to find help period but good help seems to be almost impossible, in lots of fields, not just delivery services. The FEDEX truck came up to my house yesterday, 12/05/2021, sat there for a minute. When I heard the truck it was turning around and leaving. I have lived here for over 30 years and it seems the service keeps getting worse! What can we do to help? My sister has the same issues in another area. My address is 20401 Jackson Road, Callaway, MD 20620 Can you call me or look me up and see what the issue could be.

Can't get straight answer on package

There have been NO updates on tracking since Nov. 30th. Either the tracking system is inop or is not being updated

Inordinate delay even on international priority at premium charges.

They were to be delivered last week, but they stopped shipments for some reason.

FedEx tracking cannot be trusted several times recently the tracking has reported my package delivered but it was not, FedEx has some serious issues right now! I wish anyone who uses them luck.

Very good service. Fast delivery even with holiday rush starting.

I had to argue twice with customer service that import duties and taxes were already paid A FULL WEEK PRIOR TO DELIVERY ! They demanded to be paid again !!!! A joke of a service.

Package is 2 weeks beyond original delivery date and has still mot been delivered. With no delivery scheduled.VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!

They charge too high for international shipping and don’t deliver for weeks

Still waiting on my package

My package has said out for delivery since Saturday morning. I waited around all day at the delivery address and FedEx never showed up. Tracking has not been updated at all. Very misleading.
