Worthless service, try UPS or Bagdad mailing by camel services

Fedx delivered my television today. And the carrier just set it on my porch without so much as knocking on my door. I was looking out my patio window and saw him. I asked him why wouldn't you at least knock on the door. The box plainly shows that it's a TV. His response was we don't have to knock on the door. I will make sure that whom ever I order from online. DON'T USE FEDX ... THEY'RE HORRIBLE!

I have been waiting for packages up to 3 days later than receiving them when I'm supposed to. Like right now I have a notice on tracking saying out for delivery on two of my 5 packages can you explain that?

You guys have no right to changing a delivery date at the last minute of the day.

Got priority shipping said it would be here Wednesday it was constantly pushed back it Saturday and I still don’t have it

Said it would be here at 850 this morning and still is sitting in a town 45 minutes away since 930

FEDEX was 1 day late. After The Swiss Colony had originally said it would arrive on the 4th, when I ordered this on Nov.10th, even they knew FedEx would be late. LOL !!

I was called my delivery was to be the next day on a Saturday but tracking shows all day Saturday that my package is in Edmonton ab. I live in high river ab . My resedence is 5.5 hrs from Edmonton ab.i really don't appreciate being called and sitting at home all day waiting all day for a delivery that only shows in Edmonton ab.

My packages as it was two hours late and still hasn’t come

My package came two hours late

I'm well aware that the delivery originated in Texas. What I want to know is how close it is locally so I can determine what time I need to be home to sign for the package, rather than sitting around for 5 hours twiddling my thumbs. This is worse than waiting on the cable guy to arrive.

They lost my package, one week later and no one has contacted me back as to where the package is. Very frustrated.
