Next Day delivery arrived 2 days later at the end of the day. I should have just delivered it myself.

What a messed up company!!!!

17 packages delivered on time 2 with 1 day late... that's shipped UPS!!! Ordered same time shipped fedex ZERO orders recieved and tracking ended at first movement for weather delay... all orderes originated in California. WILL REQUEST ANY FUTURE ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED UPS SINCE FEDEX CANT SEEM TO DO THEIR JOB ANYWHERE NEAR AS WELL AS UPS. NO WOUNDER WHY YOUR REVIEWS HAVE 2 STARS AND UPS IS MUCH HIGHER... I COULD RECEIVE IT FASTER WITH USPS!!!

Chronically an issue with inaccurate delivery dates. UPS is much more accurate. I will get 1 out of 10 packages on the original delivery date. Needs much improvement. One package was showing delivery date of Friday, then it moved to Saturday, and now it’s Sunday. Can’t depend on the tracking at all. Very disappointing service.

My package was supposed to have arrived yesterday. I saw there was one delay noted but no time when my package will be coming.

My package stuck in Mississauga office for 3 days and fedex asked me to pay at least $2 to answer my question. 1:1 chat didn’t help at all except asking me to pay before technician reply ??

Our Christmas tree has been on its way since 11/30- stuck in Durham since 12/1- when can we expect our LIVE TREE- that was meant to be delivered already! It is just sitting in Durham- 30 mins away for 2 days!! Please help!!

I pay for 2 to 3 day priority delivery and over half my delivers take up to 2 weeks it's not very good when I pay for a quick delivery what makes it worse my parcels sit in depots for days and days it's like one you have my money you don't care when it gets to me this isn't a good service at all I am very disappointed indeed

The Navien company post 11/26/2021 that my daughter didn’t receive yet today 12/4/2021 . Even USPS priority mail works only 2,3 day for delivery wherever ~~! It is unbelievable in domestic delivery spending time almost 10 days ~ so terrible!!!

My parcel was due thursday before 12.00, i took time off work and waited in. its now saturday 13.30, still not here, i really needed it for today, im so not happy ?

What is will this useless service sayin was due Thursday, waited in all day then Friday, before noon apparently. Then before midnight, was in Leeds all day then ended up in Newcastle then back in Leeds... Now it's in Bradford Broadway and hasn't moved all day. I don't know if I can go out or need to stay in because God knows what will happen if I miss it.
