Very disappointed. Was supposed to have an item delivered ( a gift) now I'm empty handed, and not happy to boot. You PROMISED delivery by this Friday, and my package is in another state. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.

This is the worst experience ever I’ve been trying to track my package for 24 hours now . It keeps saying attempted to deliver but I haven’t seen one fedex truck all day !

I will refuse to buy from a supplier if he uses FedEx. Very disappointing tracking and delivery

I receive texts no one was home so package not delivered. Driver pulled in Lane, never got out of truck, then backed out. I was standing at the door

The worst tracking I have ever seen, I just don't use FedEx unless I have to. When I order from Amazon I always use ups they are faster and have great tracking!!!

I was waiting on a delivery and never got it so i am waiting 24 to 48 hrs to get it again but i will never use yall again and if i am.not home leave it unless i have to sign for it i live in the new trailer right up the hill from the old trailer and by the way the guy never come to me house because there was no door tag thanks

Too Fast-Too Good-Too Dependable! Wilson Would be Proud!

No attempt to deliver, left a card, sat in van for ages, no idea delivering to us, door bell did not ring, door not knocked. We are home & there are 2 cars in driveway.

It's horrible service. The phone system is a nightmare. Most of the customer service agents do not speak English clearly. I do not use FedEx unless I have to.

I paid almost $250 to ship a perishable item second day a.m. delivery to Wisconsin from LA. Delivery was just under 24 hrs late which made the contents unuseable. Spent so much time trying to get a live person on the telephone. They’re the worst.
