Tracking shows that my item has been sitting in Barrie On. for a week or more. There has been no movement in all that time. What is going on? I would appreciate an answer to my question please. Thanks.

Always on time, sometimes ahead of due date. Packages are not damaged.

Terrible, my package has been at the local facility for 5 days. Shows as out for delivery but still hasn't arrived. One day showed as cancelled for bad weather. The weather was fine????

Package(s) arrived, in Adelaide, a day earlier than estimate time of arrival however, the courier delivered them to a wrong address, in HAPPY VALLEY 5159. Fortunately the gentleman at this site contacted us & drove the 15mins to deliver the packages to our correct address HUNTFIELD HEIGHTS 5163.

They lied. Said my package would be here today. It is 8:30 at night still isn't here. They better reimburse me for my package.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE FEDEX! I cringe anytime I get a shipment with them. They are NEVER on time with their packages when they say they are on a delivery truck to be delivered by end of day, but then, when end of day comes, still no package! Happens to me every single time, and the sad part is, FEDEX doesn't even care! Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If your drivers worked more than 8hr days, your deliverys would not be running a week late. You're worse than USPS and they are HORRIBLE!!!! Your service doesn't Rate 1/4 of STAR!!!!

FEDEX is miserable. They have no, nada, zero accountability for packages. One would be better off with pony Express. I DO NOT recommend FEDEX for transport of anything. FEDEX should be held accountable for their MISERABLE service.

Still waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and delayed until today! Now FedEx says no delivery date / time available

Ordered parcel Nov 17th. Still do not have it and when I called customer service they said they cannot even tell me when I will receive it. Updates have not been done on their website since Nov 26th and it is December 1st today. Poorest service ever and they do t even deserve one star but you have to check one star to proceed.

Few is the worst! They were to get my order Dec 4,2021then Dec 10,and 16 laziness not reliable ? ? at all

My package was delayed 3 times and I'm just want my package to show up when they say not only that I payed extra for fast delivery and it's past it's due date

The worst customer service I have ever received. Every time I track my package I get a different response & now have no idea when or if I will receive it. Very disappointed!
