Terrible my package does not update and a line across the ocean tells me nothing

FedEx really needs to get their act together. They obviously have hired some of the worst people to deliver these packages the company is only as good as the employees and here in Birmingham Alabama they are some of the worst most sorriest lazy employees delivering these packages. Either they don’t know what they’re doing or they’re just plain lazy. My package bounced around on a truck all day yesterday only to return back to the shipping facility at 4:38 PM which if the driver would’ve stayed out till five or six or even 7 o’clock the packages would’ve at least arrived on the day promised

Either it doen t update or the truck isn t moving cuz it s been in same spot for hours.

Your driver's are some lazy and they don't do there job the way they suppose to do there job

No information at all about package

Horrible service. Packages sit for days to weeks without delivery! Then say delivered when they were not. Cannot reach customer support.

FedEx is getting worse. This is like the 10 th order that was late or didn’t receive! This is for me only! Other people are saying the same! Is this a management problem?

I've had two expensive cell phone sent to me and they've been delivered to somebody else I never received them so this order that I've got now I want to put at the FedEx office so I can pick it up
