Is only 2 and a half hours away yet, has taken over a day and still isn't here

FEDEX SmartPost has proven to be anything but "Smart". This time an order from CVS over the counter products for Medicare insurance was on track to be delivered yesterday according to the tracking app and was reported arriving in my town, then suddenly it changed to pending delivery with no known delivery date. Package did not arrive Monday and no new update. Now FEDEX says they changed name to FEDEX Ground Economy. Obviously, they agree there is nothing smart about SmartPost.

One of the last 5 shipments made it up to house. Today was last straw a 55inch smart TV was dropped on the side of my road 4 mile out of town, underneath a crabapple tree on the ground, 1000 feet from the house, and it can't even be seen from house. The last delivery the same. It was a firepit /grill. Appx 700.00 worth of product.

Tracking tells you nothing, it’s a waste.

FedX is like all other carriers. There’re not perfect but none of them are. They do a good job. They get up early and work all day and usually no lunch break. So you people out there lighten up on the carrier’s. They work hard..!!

Like many of the reviews…hands down it takes a special type of stupid to mark a package as delivered and no grocery package was delivered to my door. I even have seen three to four fed ex trucks go by my apartment building and none have stopped in front of my building. Guess if you drive by and never stop is the automatic to mark a delivery as being delivered. Wonder where my box has gone…..

I use fedex as little as possible. Always a hassle and a huge pain

Delivered package to wrong address . Should receive zero stars

The international shipment are way so expensive and ask for more money to the receptor.. Way to expensive.. Don't recomend it

Fedex is always delivering my packages to the wrong house. There is another home in my neighborhood that has the same home number but the street is rustic trail. My street is rustic circle and they always deliver their and i never get my package. I am not a happy customer
