I did not receive my package. FedEx says they delivered it to my front door but it is not there. How do I contact someone. Is there a picture of the package where it was delivered?

FedEx picks up my mail early and delivers early every time without any problems. I will continue to use them for every mail delivery

When you pay to have 2 day delivery it shouldnt take 10 days! Then to not refund the money that was paid for 2 day is ridiculous! Your company gets worse every year!

Everything is perfect except your price?

My parcel has arrived in the UK and is currently at the fedex depot at standstead Airport it arrived into the depot on the 25th 11th 2021. Since its arrival I have had no updates regarding a delivery date. I think that the service from this company is very poor they seem to be unable to give the customers accurate and updated information. Service is extremely poor.

Spent 2 days now waiting for package that was "on the truck for delivery" doesn't show, no reschedule till next day and again no show. With UPS I can live track the truck. Fedex makes the post office look good and that is sad.

Worst delivery service ever. My package was in Portland, Oregon the city it is supposed to be delivered in for 2 days then for some reason they sent to to kent,Washington and it's been there for a week now

Tracking is terrible at best.Don't know where package is.Says coming yesterday,no show.Says today ,again no show.Now I have no idea where it is and when it will come.If I go to buysomething and find out they are using you I will pay more for it rather than using your pitiful service.
