Whenever it's sent by FedEx it never makes the original delivery date, don't use if you need it on time!

Received notification that package was delivered and specifically said front door. Package was not delivered. When using the FedEx site, it shows the package location which is at our post office. Very frustrating to be told the package arrived at our address yet it isn’t.

Have "lost" packages several time, left parcels outside an apartment building...basically on the street. Obviously stolen, by who knows who. Specifically put, must be signed for, at my door...never happens. Truly pathetic service.

This delivery does not even deserve a half a star. This service is the absolute worst and they use everything for an excuse for their lack of service. This is only the second time to order online and I will NEVER do it again as I could have received the parcel faster if I had gone to Ontario and picked it up myself. Will never use this service again.

My package has been delayed 3 times and I have been home every time and I even watched the FedEx truck pull up, sit, and leave. This is the second time in 4 months that a package has not been delivered. Your service is horrible and I will never use FedEx again. This last one was my granddaughter's present. Furious!

I do not like FedX service not only do they don't deliver your package on the day scheduled or the day after that but they don't give you updated information either what you think of that? Now maybe they just treat me this way, IDK.

Didnt deliver on time nor did they ypdate me to tell me when i will recieve it

Step up your game FedEx. I have been getting groceries delivered for about 2 years and FedEx has delivered them on time about 25% of the time. Thanks for the moldy and ruined produce!!!!

My package was suppose to be delivered on November 26. When I enter the tracking number to find out where it is I get it's in transit to Pocatello from north salt lake. It departed salt lake at 10:14 pm on the 26th. It's now 7:47 on the 27th and it's still in Transit!
