Every time I have a package coming its says it'll be delivered so I take off work to wait and the driver passes my house and its in the truck because I'm tracking it but they won't stop and then I don't receive for 2 or 3 more days

Horrible service! Absolutely worst company I've ever dealt with. If you are given the option, never, I mean NEVER, use Fed Ex.

Where my packag. No more Fedex. No UPS also .do Amazon no third party

I don't think this tracking thing is too good it would be good for maybe every 12 to 24 hrs location update and dates

Two parcels delivered yesterday by the same driver to the wrong house. I have not received either parcel.

I am very upset right now, I got a package delivered today and I am very mad, they stayed at my door for about 10 seconds I told them I was coming and by the time I got to the door he was in his truck driving away. I am disabled and it was hard to get there, he didn't leave me anything to say that he was here. Could you please help me out. I am furious right now as I've been waiting for this parcel for 2 months and knowing that it's in his truck is making me more upset. Please help me

Terrible to use or try to follow up on. Priority 3 day mail will be no less then 7 days.

We had a package delivered and not at our house. Our house number is clearly marked on the front door. We had to track it down at a neighbors house. Tracking # 286510278796. Not happy, it was a $200 item.

Beyond annoyed with delivery. Every day for three days it was out for delivery and if I don’t receive my package by today then I’ll intentionally never order anything carried by fed ex again, I’ll just drive to the store that sells it or live without!
