The worst company to s send a package from Canada to UK got to UK within 3 days arriving at Warrington to be delivered at a government office in Liverpool it sat there for 9 days waiting to be delivered to the address give buy the government pension office which is correct I talked to FedEx staff and gave them a n alternative address They all said it would be delivered 3 different days this week So it has not been delivered but sent to stanstead airport to be returned to me in canada these documents where very important that's why I sent them by FedEx priority international ?

Tracking does not tell much

Took long time to get anything from China each company is half the time taken from FedEx and this is really annoying

Ridiculous, you can't even tell me who is delivering my package today. Worst service I wasted 200$ on, never again

Terrible company it's impossible to speak to a human and they didn't let me no they were comming and let a random.person sighn for my parcel absolutely usless

I have left endless messages to find out when my parcel will arrive. I have always supplied my tracking number and ovrrvthe past 4 days no one has responded

International delivery taking longer time

they always delay not a good service!! they need to do better and stop bringing the package late!

Shipment got to DeGualle airport in France and no further. Headed for Gambia in Africa

Fed x called me in Oct. Said package would be delivered on Nov 2nd. I'm still waiting and they're saying delayed or in transit. Either in Memphis or Bessemer.

FedEx will never deliver the day they tell you. I have shipped 4 packages and not one was delivered on time always a day or two later. I will not be shipping with them again. If anyone else packages are late like mine, sooner or later it will affect their profits!
