They continually deliver my orders to the wrong house and then claim there is nothing they can do about it. This is the 4th package in the last 3 months that I have not been able to find. None of my neighbors say they have it. I've even had a FedEx driver tell me that one of my packages was left 4 houses up the road from me. And still FedEx refused to assist in getting it back to me. Their excuse was "there's no guarantee since there was no signature required". If I had my way, I wouldn't recommend businesses use them. I know I won't.

Terrible company. Their employees lie about delivering packages so you loose money because of fedex. Will do my best to use a better carrier

Package going the wrong way on the day ot was supposed to be delivered

You do not deliver MOM'S MEALS on time. This delivery had my Thanksgiving dinner. Now I have to settle for a PEANUT SANDWICH. Thank you FEDEX

The FedEx office told me it would be delivered by noon on Wednesday. I paid for the overnight delivery at that time. I ask for some kind of compensation and they said no. It is now after 5pm in Riverton Wyoming and still no delivery. I can't believe a business as big as FedEx could careless about there customers.

Always more than expectation

Utter rubbish. Got a text message saying my parcel would be with me by 19/11/21 never turned up, got no joy trying to ring them. Tried the tracking number, again, found out that had a new delivery date 24/11/21, and guess what? No parcel, again. This has cost me £14.95 for the privilege of not getting my parcel! What a disgusting non-service FedEx provide!

Did not get it overnight as promised

It's complete BS that a package ordered on the 6th is still in transit today the 25th. FEDEX is a complete dumpster fire and their employees are as dumb as bricks. I've encountered rocks that have given me better conversations.

Needed a replacement credit card machine. Was told it would be delivered next day…3 days later and it had to be picked up.

I was supposed to receive my parcel yesterday after I have been notified 5 days ago. But still it is in transit.

I've been waiting on my package which normally takes 4 day's now it's been 4 weeks it's pass me up twice now it's floating around Michigan!

Bad customer service ! My boyfriend shoes never arrive on time do NOT USE FED Ex !
