Packages either never arrive or stay at the Bessemer Al facility for weeks. You’d do better driving to where your package is shipped from and picking it up yourself. Cross country drive is faster than FedEx. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Unbelievably poor service. 8 days and my envelope is still not delivered.

They are terrible I have waited a week and a half for a second day air package

I have a pckg, supposed to be delivered ACCORDING TO FEDEX on Sunday, 18th. Now 24th and they have “no information” They are horrible

Took them 4 days to make from start location too a town right next too it I could have driven there in 3 hours

Horrible Ive been waiting 4 days for my delivery. It says every Day out for delivery and I still haven’t received my order. I wouldn’t even give one star but there is no option

Overnight credit card is in Memphis— we’re in Austin. No Thanksgiving with family for us.

Three pentacles and quickly falling, guys... My stuff is still stuck sitting still in GA. Same as it's been for going on 3 days now. Move my stuff to me, or. at least in my direction please. ...or, if that's too much to ask, you could dangle me some false hope in the form of an estimation as to when it might be finding it's way to me. I am surprised that an envelop which arrived on Monday at your Chai Wan facility is not yet delivered on Wednesday noon in Wanchai !

The last three packages that were supposed to be delivered by fed ex ended up elsewhere. We’ve only managed to get one - after meeting up with the kind person whose house it was delivered to. Tonight we had a package delivered - not ours. We drove it to the proper address 2 1/2 miles away. Our package which was supposedly delivered yesterday is still missing.

Painfully slow delivery!!! FedEx doesn’t care it’s not like they’re going away

This has to be the absolute worst carrier . Packages are misdelivered or not ever delivered every single time . Ordered food from misfit market they delayed the box 2 days then left it on the side of the street ! I live in the country my neighbor drove by and saw it almost in the ditch. Now I ordered from Walmart and guess what another package saying it was delayed and the other package says delivered but once again cannot find it and cannot get a human on the phone who cares ...... I'm beyond done with this company I wonder how they are going to feel when they don't have jobs because no one wants to use their services anymore .
