Always on time, professional and courteous

my parcel is being held in the warehouse literally 5mins away from home. tracking says its been there for more than 3weeks already. when do you want to deliver?????!!!!!!!!!!

No idea where or when my parcel is being delivered,the day the driver came we were out and he left a note saying it would be delivered the next day, that was 3 days ago.

FedEx lost my Nov 2 order of contacts. Overnighted duplicate order Nov 16 and still no contacts. Tracking system doesn't show a new date. They lost/stole a cellphone last month.

HORRIBLE customer service does not deliver says awaiting additional information from recipient but no contact from fed ex to request ANY additional information. Customer service phone filled with one ad after another. Impossible to reach or get assistance. HORRIBLE.

No son explicitos en su informacion estoy revisando con mi codigo de rastreo y me sale que desde el dia 17 nov esta en Cuautitlan como puede ser posible que tenga 4 dias alli??y no me deja ver mas informacion ni me da opcion para contactarlos

I paid for expedited delivery. That was supposed to be delivered ny the 5th..here we are 2 weeks later and still no package... i wont recommnd fedex shipping! Very bad service

FedEx is horrible. My package had been delayed AGAIN. Funny how one, from the face company shipped at the same time, arrived last week. Not so much as an apology. FedEx is the worst service. I will no longer order anything that is shipped from FedEx. This delay ruined a special gift. So disappointed.

They are no help when you call and they don’t update the tracking information so you don’t know where your pagckage is at . Very disappointed

Was supposed to be here yesterday tracking is stuck on yesterday no updates. Worthless

In recent months, FEDEX employees need to sign when delivering goods, they just stick a notice on the mailbox: "we missed you". Even though I wrote on that notice asking them to ring the doorbell so someone in the house could pick it up. But they still didn't ring the doorbell. Always leave notice. I think they have arrived, so knock on the door to deliver. because they will have to come back 2nd and 3rd time to put up more notices. That would take up more of FEDEX's time. Thanks for letting me tell you

I ordered the package on 11/12/2020..... I had my package sit at FedEx's location in Ellenwood Ga 11/16/2021 to 11/20/2021 FedEx kept change the delivery date...so I called FedEx said that the 20th would be the last date change...so I waited all day even saw the FedEx delivery driver ride through my neighborhood....no package delivered then FedEx updates my shipment with the most outrageous explanation ..it said local delivery restrictions, delivery was not attempted... Needless to say US postal works faster and way better than FedEx so I'm not ordering no packages that deal with FedEx anymore
