Wasted a day waiting for a very Important package that was shipped by FedEx I tried to get the vendor to ship via UPS but they informed me that they have a contract with FedEx If your not home to accept the package they will return it to the Fedex office to schedule yet another day to where you have to waste another day waiting on FedEx Terrible service

Rude drivers, our regular driver retired he was really great. Drivers won’t come into our yard. Always leaving boxes by our dumpster or gate post. Even when our gate is open. FedEx used to be super to work for , and receiving from Now drivers are rude won’t even wave , when we say hello or thank you. It’s BS

Package says delivered but not to my address, saw fed ex leave. Always putting packages on wrong porches. They need to refund me!

Tracking says that my package was delivered. I never received it. Where is it?

Always faster than expected

Terrible service! In my apartment building they just throw parcels on Lobby floor, when office staff is not present! Although they have been told numerous times to not leave them in mail room anymore, because of theft, they keep doing it! No respect and unprofessional behavior! Sad, that we have to rely on them and also the notifications I keep getting about a vacuum cleaner that should have been delivered last Tuesday, and is actually delayed! Why not say it as it is! Stop making stuff up!

You say one date and them you change date and can't gets right information

Never on time. At least a day of not two days late.

It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my package from California. I am disappointed in such slow service.
