Never experienced such a bad service...

Never got package. What else can I say......nothing.

Always on time and friendly drivers ????

Left by the road didn't come down my driveway.Complained over and over doesn't do any good.

There tracking system is awful,. Their drivers are rude, and customer service has no idea how to help you when they don't know where your package is. Please Don't Use FedEx. UPS. Is so so so much better. At least thier tracking systems actually tell you were your packages are in real time

Why is their a tracking system when you can't find out were your package is after it wasn't received on the date due

Still waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, that's why I paid extra, now it's in Texarkana and dont know when it's going to be delivered. WOW!

Overnight means one day if i pay for overnight it should be there in one day

Cannot locate my parcel

You deserve a 0 ! Fed Ex is a joke . 6 days now when my package was only an hour away. Customer service is even worse.

The worst !! My package went over 600 miles to another state, then over 600 miles back to my state. Its day 6 when my package was only 1 hour away. The customer service is even worse. I will use the post office for now on. Fed Ex is a joke.

Doesent clearly tell me when it’s going to be delivered to my house… just tells me where in the country it is now… who cares!!!

What a joke of a company my parcel is now 4 days late and costing me thousands of pounds in claims.

Second time ordering this package. First time got to troutdale or from California only to be resumed lost in transit...Really. No one at the fed ex office knew nothing.. Thus service sure isn't what it use to be
