Fantastic speed and service

Expected to get my car parts in 7 days ( that was their predicted delivery date ). Fed ex had my package from Illinois to my doorstep in Delaware, and in perfect condition in about 36 hours ! All the other delivery services have been running behind since covid started , except Fed Ex . Fantastic speed and service !

Payed for 1 day shipping and i get my package in 5 days worst shipping company

You left the package on the back porch step with two lab dogs. You did not know or put it in the screen door or sit it up high. The dogs tore open the package and my Christmas cards are either ruined or dirty or all over the yard. Please use some common sense!

I send Parcel to India from Canada and it’s been 3 months and my parcel still not delivered now i told them to bring the parcel back to me but still no response. Very poor service this is my first or last time using fedex courier service.

I were waiting outside of my house for Fedex from 6:30PM-7PM, then I got the message "We made a delivery attempt: 11/19/20210 6:43PM", what's going on? ???

Shipping updates should be to the minute, not the last update being 2 days ago

I’ve been waiting on my package since 11/1/21 FedEx transferred it to a FedEx smart post in Austin, TX on 11/8/21 and since then it only states transferred to US Post office with no updates. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I was being told my parcel will be delivered on 18th Nov, but delivery man never arrive. I called your call centre and they told me they were unable to deliver due to insufficient time and said to wait for the next day. Next day also no sign of your delivery man, and I was given the same reason. I have taken no pay leave last 2 days to stay home and wait for your delivery man. I was told your delivery man don't work on weekends, and thus MAY deliver on 22nd Nov. If I continue to apply no pay leave, I will be out of job soon. I do hope your organisation can organise your logistics in order.

My package has been on a truck for delivery for 3 days. Can't get help from anyone. Fed Ex needs a lesson in customer service.

My check was suppose to be here by 4:30 today and still isn’t here…. I’m not happy at all

The packages are not delivered on the time they say they should be

The map doesn't show anything useful. I want to see where the delivery truck is along the route & it doesn't show that detail or give an estimated time of arrival. It's worthless

My parcel supposed to deliver by 19th as it was dispatched by 12th front India still it shows that it would be at Singapore even on 20th. Not sure how long it will take. There is no meaning to get late parcel when you can’t use it on required time.

Very disappointed I have been waiting for two days now on something that I was told was out for delivery yesterday or day before. When I checked the tracking it constantly tells me that its out for delivery but still I haven't received my package ..next time I believe if I can't find in store I will figure out another way to receive whatever I need instead of mail order. Again so very disappointed
