Worst service! Desire a zero!

My package was to arrive Saturday, has sat in a FedEx facility for 4 days that is located 2 hours away. Why???

Fedex customer service is a joke. My packages were delivered to a town 50 miles away,

FedEx tracking?: Parcel left Chicago to Seattle @ 11 am. Thursday morning and not a single update. Incredibly slow delivery and zero 'tracking'.

This company, FEDEX, IS THE WORSE DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!!!! I NEVER GET MY PACKAGES...but the delivery not says delivered Mon @ 2:33pm left at front door!!! I'M FURIOUS!!! I'm not sure if the driver is keeping them or the trailer park beside my residence!!!!!!!!!! AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE!!!!

Said my package was delivered to my house but didn't I was home all day and have security cameras and they never showed up but say they did. Very unsatisfied and very rude customer service

If there were a lower rating I would have picked it.When I have a delivery date I watch the FE truck pass my house 2,3,4 times then late in the day I get a notification that delivery could not be made because no one was home.Has happened many times Sometimes delivery is a few days late sometimes it never showes up .

If it was possible I would give lower rating.

I spent two days waiting for a parcel only to be informed it had delivered and signed for . Not a good service.

Service is ridiculous, on the tracking it said my parcel was getting delivered at a certain time, however I did not receive my parcel at that time I also didn't not receive a message to say my parcel was being delivered today, service is a shambles

worst service ever. I don't recommend it and I don't use it anymore

What should have been a one day delivery just doesn't matter anymore.

They dropped my parcel 40 minutes from my home??? Why???
