Honestly isn't a great aha I never get updates sometimes I can wait forever for packages and sometimes my packages come with massive holes in I pay a lot of money for the merch I buy overseas then I get played about and have the boxes come to me as if a dog had ragged it around the only good thing about fedex is all the nice drivers I've had who have a little chat with me that's about all that's good with fedex

I have had packages delivered by FedEx for years and the past year or so a lot and they never disappoint me. FedEx has some of the best deliverers. Thank you FedEx

I would rate less than 1 star if it would be possible. I’ve been waiting for a package I paid to get by express it’s now a week later with no update on the system.. I can't track where my item is since it shows waiting for item.. no answer to where my package is, I can’t go pick it up because they don’t know where it is and even after specifically telling them it’s important this is the result. I’m beyond frustrated and irritated. I need the package since it contain my wedding stuffs and I'm getting married in 2 weeks time. Fedex is not recommended at all

I ordered a package a week ago and I payed for fast delivery on Amazon and it says will arrive today by 8pm and it’s 8:07 it’s still not here!!!

Tracking is a lot easier and reliable than usps.

My son has not received a very important medication that was in the package that I sent, I paid for it to be delivered today at about 4:pm Wednesday 17 of November, and they still ask to give them a Star?

Your service is VERY VERY BAD. I paid for an overnight delivery to be delivered Min 11-15, still HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED AS OF WED 11 17. I am requesting my money back. This is the 3rd time my overnight delivery has been NOT BEEN DELIVERED ON TIME. I give y'all 000stars.

Why can’t they just leave it at my door in my apartment

My package shows out for delivery on 11/16. Guess the driver worked all night!! Stayed home all day and left front door open until 9:30 last night.
