Been waiting on my replacement phone to arrive from Verizon. I just learned that it’s been at the fedex office for 3 days in Hattiesburg Mississippi and it was supposed to be an overnight delivery what a disaster. My whole company is down waiting on a phone

My package was scheduled to be delivered Tuesday, November 16th. I was at home all day, no package. I checked status at 10:00 pm, it said out for delivery. There was no update on delivery status. I have cameras around my entire house outside, no package. Bad business.

This is by far the worst courier service in the United States Of America! My snowblower has been "out for delivery" since November 4th, 2021. Today is November 15th, 2021 and I have YET no receive my package! When I called, for the 1000th time yesterday, I was told that at 95 lbs my box was TO HEAVY TO DELIVER!!!! WTF!!! FedEx is a delivery company, do you not own any dolly's? Of all of the ridiculous excuses, this one definitely wins a prize! FedEx, you deliver freight orders daily and you cannot deliver a 95 lbs snowblower? You do not need to be in business!

The delivery guy left my package outside, by my door and it got stolen. Really bad services.

I have had 3 packages now that have not been delivered. I have contacted a representative every time and they said they could open a case and send updates but so far no updates and no packages. Terrible customer service.
