My packages always been on time or a few days early ??

My package is standing still since November 11.

Terrible courier with terrible tracking. By far the worst courier in the UK. Can't think of one good thing about them.

Said my package arrived, I got home and it was the wrong package, it was somebody else's package. They must hire a bunch of incompetent people. They must hire special ed graduates

Trash company.. package stuck in ohio since 5days ago

Takes WAY TOO LONG!!!

This is the second day and when I check my tracking number it tells me my package is in transit whatever that means, it says it's in Ashland VA. and that's only a hour from my house I don't know what to think

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address October 6, I am trying to find the parcel, it is now over a month and FEDEX is not c0-operating Tracking #527666391562

They put the package by the mailbox and it was raining and package was soaked!!!

I went to the FedEx location at 3201 Airport Drive, Jamestown NY yesterday to check and see how fast could a envelope could get delivered to Virginia. The young lady who waited on me was so proficient at her job. She was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I had already stopped at the UPS Store and got a quote for the shipping and delivery date. For Next Day Air it would have cost me $57.85 with a guarantee of delivery by the end of the day. At FedEx it cost me $44.20 for a guarantee of delivery by 4:30pm by Next Day Air. Next time I have a package to mail I will definitely go to FedEx.
