order never updated, bad service

Ridiculous, over a week to get to Las Vegas NV. from Minnesota, slower then regular USPS!

We had send a Parcel for Salt lake City ( USA ) for confirm del. eothin 7 days.. Today after 17 days still not deld., nor any one giving perfect or Right answer. Service is pathetic..

My package has not moved in three days

Package was out for delivery, then delayed, lost, who knows. FedEx Tracy should be closed, this is a regular occurrence.

Waiting for a package that was supposed to be here two weeks ago and all I get with my tracking number is that that picked it up and there is no information as to where it is. I would have never ordered the product had I known it was FedEx. Very dissatisfied!

Far away from the service it use to be …. Priory shipment over a week and still didn’t arrived

They delivered my package to the wrong address

I filled a clam with them for no delivery and they called me a liar they said they delivered my package to my garage and I don't even have one I don't even have a car port I am at home with my wife all the time with a dog that barks at me if I go out side there's no way that package was delivered to my house so buyer beware

Spent $82 to have a Rx refill overnighted. Had note on door that I was home. They took it to an address that in no way remotely could be mistaken for mine. Called customer service. Explained the situation. He stated the usual..no one home. I stated I understood the low ratings and that I was staying on a 14 mile long Island, how FedEx could go to a residential house and not a single number or name resembled my address was beyond my comprehension. I stated FedEx needed to get its head out of its ass and deliver my medication today! I've received every piece of junk mail and will have to lose another day WAITING for these idiots

Our packages never arrive on time. They make up that our shipping instructions are changed. We never change our instructions. They are what ever the company sends out. We are to the point that if we have to get our packages through FedEx that we will just not do business with that company. Drivers are just lazy and don't want to work.

My order was not updated

The last two times. Fed ex has give me trouble they like to argue with me and won’t let me talk to someone else at all and they tell me the wrong day that they deliver 7 days a week
