Ist said delivery was on time...then 1 day late...then 4 days late. It was delivered 2 days late. I am glad I was home because they just left the box on the walkway at bottom of my porch. The item is a cover for my truck bed. The box is 6ftx4ft. Very easy for a porch pirate to see.

I hate to find out that an eBay package is being sent through FedEx because it never arrives on time and the customer service reps have no clue.

Fedx is lousy .They leave at door. Is it hard to ring a bell?

Delivery showed delivered for 2 days and package was not delivered either day!!! I got no email it was delayed or why. Their service has gone to heck!!

I will never use FedEx again I sent out my son's genetic test kit was supposed to be delivered on Nov 2nd it's now Nov 14th and still has not left the sorting facility. WTH are you ppl doing??????? I'm beyond fustrated. Really you actually get 0 stars.

They did not or call me for my delivery

Always terrible service. Never arrives on time, boxes ripped, leaves packages in yard never at front door where they can be out of weather and under a cover at front door, managers are not helpful, I just hate Fed Ex. I am a business owner and some of my wholesalers use Fed ex instead of UPS!! UPS is the best, will do anything to help the customer.

They lost my package and the company it was supposed to go to charged me for it

You got the package Tuesday. Said it was out for delivery, and said it was supposed to arrive friday between 2 and some time, never came nor received another message

Every time Fed Ex delivers a package they leave it at a door that leads to the garage. It has no overhang so I always hope it isn't raining. I can't understand why they don't leave the parcel on the front porch which is s covered.
