Waiting for a package that was originally sent out with 4 others 1 package didn't show up. I called hoping to get my package returned it just about a month!

I paid $12 for a small package to be delivered within 3 days. Now day 5 and still no delivery. I could’ve put a stamp on it and would’ve had it by now. This was a very important package to get to my husband before his flight out of town and still no delivery. I think I deserve a refund and still need my package by today!

Services is very bad, FedEx could not tell me where my goods is after the expected delivery day

Never never again use fedex,I pay 290 euro for send stuff from Italy,I pay for 72 hours shipping…it s 10 days now and my stauff still in Tennessee,I m from Philadelphia

They delivery guys knocked the door once, I responded but they left immediately

If I could give 0 I would. I have a sign I had to put on my garage door that says fed ex, ups, usps, and Amazon deliver packages to front door under porch. Just had a package delivered and the driver read the sign and sat the package down against the garage door. You guys are the worst.

This package should of been here Wednesday morning. If I could give you less of a star I would. I am very very unhappy and disappointed I'm this service. This package was very important papers I have have to have Wednesday not 2 weeks from know.

Wish I could leave no stars. Every time they deliver here in San Marcos I get a delay. Sat here with door open for days waiting. To get at 6:00 or a delay notice then or saying tried to deliver but no adult home, or business closed. It says they will leave at my door! No one can tell me anything. Have shut door at 10: and found my package in morning. Liars. I hate Fed ex. USPS IS BETTER THAN THESE CARELESS PEOPLE.

Seems I have a package sitting in Countryside,IL for a week. Not acceptable!

Tracking is useless because FedEx has no clue where package is

The only reason I give them 1 star is cause I have to. They’re service is very bad. I have 2 orders stuck in Tulsa Oklahoma for 6 days now. For some reason they can put them on the truck for delivery, but can’t seem to deliver them. If I knew they were the company to deliver my orders I wouldn’t have ordered them. It’s ridiculous every time they’re supposed to deliver to my house it takes them at least a week. It would be faster for me to drive to Tulsa and pick my order up. Why pay for shipping lol.

My parcel is time sensitive and was supposed go to Hong Kong, but the parcel went to China and South Korea instead.
