My packages are always delivered in a timely manner and I have never had a lost package. They are 100% better than the postal service.

Where is my shipment. Has not moved in 8 days

Haven’t been able to deliver refrigerated meds on time twice in 10 days. I need those meds. UPS has never messed up like FedEx. It’s truly sad service.

They can't find my house. I think they are blind!! And you can't talk to anyone on phone to resolve the problem. I don't think they want HAPPY customer!

Driver's lie on the tracking app saying that the pkg couldn't be delivered for one reason or another. Yesterday tracking said a delivery was attempted at 5:30 and 6:15 but no one was home. I sit at my desk by the front window and see whenever someone drives up. I got a delivery from another service at 6. Besides the pkg does not require a signature and they just leave it on the porch usually. I do not believe they even tried to deliver the pkg.

Package has been nearby in Humboldt for 5 days, was suppose to be here Friday, its the following Wednesday and I don't have my package. For some reason our driver doesn't show up

Shipped a laptop from PA to OR. Waited all day for my signature-delivery item. Never arrived. Pretty sure FedEx doesn't care at all but it's pretty important to me. Curiously, the two boxes I shipped via USPS 2 days after the laptop, arrived before me. They may pay out a claim but I'll never trust FedEx enough to use them again.

They need to work on the website for tracking my tracking said it was suppose to be delivered Monday and its not Wednesday and still not getting any updates on my package ?

I haven't received any packages ordered since Hurricane Ida, and had to cancel numerous orders. 0 stars would be a better rating.
