There was a delay in my package getting here, I called and got one story,( she said pkge. Would be here by 8 pm last night) and my husband called 15 minutes later and he was told it was in TENNESSEE. Which it WAS. He PRIORITY OVERNIGHTED this package on 10/30/21 and paid extra to ensure 11/01/21 delivery, for a reason. Customer service rep I spoke with was VERY nasty.

rubbish service you take my money as much as the cost of the goods. Paid for 3day service now 15 days later no sign of the goods. Refund of the total cost of shipping is the least your company can do. Lost 500.00, as we last the customer.

fedx ground can't deliver, nothing but delays ,the company is failing ,UPS delivers on time !

My experience is beyond bad. Package sender reports he did not send package as signature only. No idea when drivers are going to arrive. No texts when requested, Finally got a person who gave me a day and time and the package never came. Web site says I can't pick it up at the facility and more....This has been going on for 2 weeks. I was told it would be here by 10 today. It's almost noon! I will NEVER use FedEx again
