My package is now further away than when it was shipped 7 days ago.

The people that I actually got to talk with- especially the delivery driver - Marvin Hernandez- in the Dallas area were terrific! The online supports are so outdated that they are not at all helpful. The things they have put in place for “safety” make functioning within the system extremely unwieldy. I do appreciate that I received 3 calls over the course of 2 days trying to get my items delivered. Those folks were good at their jobs- otherwise, this would have been a 1 star rating. Good thing they were 5 star people or I would still not have my package.

I was supposed to have my insulin delivered yesrerday and then you said it would be today. Well its10:46 and it still isnt here and I'm out of my insulin.

No detail on update stuck in the same place for 2 days

My parcel was entered into the FedEx system 10 days ago in WI > CA supposedly out for delivery on 10/28 now its disappeared? Trkg# 61299995892226095675....

Can't get any help tracking my package online it sends me to othe sites not related to FEDEX. Not impressed,it use to b way better than this.

Said business was closed. Didn't even attempt to deliver my package! Watched our cameras and they didn't even try! Gate was opened.

Seriously, just leave the damn package on my step. Now I have to drive halfway across town to pick it up! People have jobs that take them away from their house during the day.

it's really awful ,I'm waiting for the package this morning and FedEx doesn't knock the door just leave memo ,it's a birthday gift. And it will miss the birthday now???
