Package as been at perrysburg location since 21 its bs they cant get it delivered they should close that location

I ordered this 16 days ago. It said on the 20th it was in vehicle and out for delivery.. It is now the 30th and the location scan says at the fed ex center.. In transit???? Im set to install it today... Very disappointed..

Had a package that sat in customs for 2 days. When it was released was the day it was to be delivered to my house. I've have had packages delivered to my house that weren't mine. Took then to the office told them it wasn't mine and showed them the correct address. They again delivered it to my house. Lost packages, lying drivers, holding packages in the destination warehouse for 3 days before delivering, no pickup options... You're horrible.

I paid for overnight shipping and it has been a week!! My package has been an hour away for 5 days. I guess they don't understand what overnight is.
