It take to long for a parcel to get delivered, Its over a week now and lm still waiting for my parcel. No update nothing and lm now worried .

My mail sent on 10/24/2021 from FedEx office at DHAKA Bangladesh; mail reached to Ontario CA USA on 28th October 2021. Its delivery to the address has been delayed. Please expedite.

Still waiting for delivery. Today they come for delivery and delivery drive he just knock only one time when,, I go outside and it’s gone . This is second week for and am still waiting for my parcel. Bad customer service.

No details for re-delivery, to many other companies advertising on website also

Your FedEx delivery persons are the WORST. How long does it take to KNOCK AT A DOOR Alerting the person your package is outside. ? Every FedEx delivery is the same .." DROP AND RUN"....ESPECIALLY PERISHABLES stamped on the box. Long time problem with FedEx. The Worst..

Package set at warehouse for 5 days before being loaded to truck.

The delivery drivers need to be retrained. They don't call or text when your order is delivered. Absolutely no communication. Their tracking site does not update with order status. The worst courier service. They used to be my best but right now overall service is too poor

My package has been at distribution center, since Monday!

I don't know is going on with FedEx but I am not happy I had something that was supposed to deliver overnight now it has been 7 days.

I paid almost $100 and it’s said it takes 5-6 days to deliver , it’s been almost 15 days , and still on the way.
