So I use FedEx a lot. Over the COVID-19 period my deliveries were late which I can somewhat understand although no one ever said that they may be late. Paying unbelievable high prices to ship you hope that when they give you a delivery date it is a valid one Last year I went next day delivery with some very important documents. Not only was it late, it was sent with multiple envelopes to a lawyers office who thankfully reached out to myself and my son who lived fairly close so was able to retrieve it Now I have a package that was mailed on Thursday with a Monday guaranteed delivery by 4 pm. It’s been sitting in Memphis for 4 days!! 170 some dollars for what Phoned them Monday night and agent said someone would call me yesterday. Nothing yet and tracking says it’s still in Memphis. Never spending another dollar with this company.

Having an issue with a late package right now. Getting mad. Called customer service twice so far, can’t get an English speaker on the phone so I can barely understand every other word. From what I’ve been able to piece together from the heavily accented conversations, they will open an investigation into the matter and will give me an update. I haven’t gotten an update yet. I’d be much less mad if someone would just tell me what’s going on with it. Did it get lost? Did the driver get lost? Did the delivery truck break down? NOTHING. NOTHING BUT A DEAD END AND CS REPS THAT BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH.

Can't leave a 0 but they said they tried to deliver never did I don't know where my package is they have lost and and delivered my neighbors packages to wrong address they are not a reliable service provider stick to usps or ups

What in the world is going on with FedEx?!? We waited 3 weeks on a package that was supposed to take 5-10 business days. I use the tracking number to see the package has been to Dallas 4 times, Huthchins 3 times, then to Ft Worth, then to Lubbock! At Lubbock it was given to USPS! I tried to call FedEx to talk to someone and their voice trail led me to dead ends. I FINALLY get hold of a person who hung up on me! Then I had to call back and was told told that FedEx didn't have the package anymore so the problem was USPS! I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told "That is not possible. We do not have your package so I cannot escalate this call." He only would repeat that phrase about 10 times! This is one of the WORST customer service experiences I've ever had! FedEx has always been great. I guess contracting with a really cheap call center somewhere overseas got them what they paid for! Terrible!
