This is the SECOND time in a month that FedEx has had the package deliver to a warehouse 20 minutes from my home ONLY to have it sit there for over a week! It was SUPPOSED to be delivered 5 days ago! I needed it last weekend. “Fool me once-shame on you-Fool me twice-shame on me!” I will make it a conscience effort to NEVER order from a facility that uses FedEX as their carrier from this moment forward. PS…NEVER have had an issue with UPS!!

First my package arrived at the Sparks Nevada center and was scheduled for a Sunday delivery. Then it was in transit from Sparks and was scheduled for delivery on Saturday. All day long it said in Transit until 8pm Saturday. THEN all of a sudden it went to Delivery Pending and it shows the package in Carson City Nevada with a Pending delivery. Sparks FedEx center is 12 miles to my house Reno to Carson City is 35 miles. I still don’t have my package. And from past experience with FedEx delivery pending messages from Sparks center I won’t be getting my package… that is code talk meaning it was stolen or destroyed at the center and it is up to me to contact the company. I wish companies would not enter into exclusive contracts with FedEx. AND OMG THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES SRE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. WORST ATTITUDE, AND COULD CARE LESS.
