Couldn't track my package

Pathetic! I’ve tracked my parcel all the way from the US, as soon as it arrives in the Uk it’s delayed, I wait another 2 days, to have it be “delivered” It hasn’t been delivered. Proof of delivery states: SCAN FAIL! I’m so annoyed at the lack of integrity of your drivers. You had one job, deliver the parcel to me. Clearly it’s been stolen, my claim will come back as “lost” Dreadful. I’ll never purchase goods from overseas again as FedEx can’t deliver and I’m out of pocket.

The worse service ever please just deliver them its not that hard its takin 4 day to deliver a pair of shoe yall

One of the worst. Never on time. Sometimes I stay all day at home and I waiting my delivery and I get message I got a delivery, but nobody come to my house. Today I have to get my parcel before 6,but I don't get anything.

Express fee isn't worth it. You won't get it on time. 3 days late so far.

When we order Uniforms from the other side of the world. They get here within 3-4 days. It is INCREDIBLE!! I never thought that was possible. THANK YOU FedEx!!

Poor service don't receive on time does not update tracking

Packages over 2 weeks late

They never deliver on the initial estimated delivery date. Customer service is always rude and my packages arrive damaged. I wish they were not the only option for certain types of businesses. It is incredibly aggravating.

Useless incompetent, Warrington Depot. Had parcel for 6 days just 20 miles from delivery destination. Then even sent it to N Ireland for a while, personally would never use FedEx after this experiance.

I have sent a letter to Pakistan by Australian post and one by FedEx . I paid $35 and told it will take 15 days but it reached at the destination 12 days I paid FedEx$ 87 for a letter to Pakistan , they promised for 6 days , it has not even reached there after 9 days . I feeling sorry why I have paid almost 3 times the money for in time delivery , I would have sent by Auspost saved money and stress
