Consistently bad service. Always days late. Unable to track deliveries.

Fedex tracking is a joke only telling when it was picked up. When is it going to deliver?

Every time I order something and it shipped by FedEx is always late 7 or more days

FedEx is always on time for me, unless they end up handing off to the local po. But for overnight shipping they can't be beat!

FedEx is the worst carrier in the business, right up there with DHL. I had a business critical package that sat in Troutdale for eight days. Their tracking updated several times to showing the package was on route to my location and then it would show it was actually still in Troutdale. When I called the service agent and the supervisor refused to take any accountability or offer a better solution than simply waiting. I have heard this same story from other business owners as well. I encourage my friends and business partners to avoid FedEx at all costs and to avoid doing business with vendors that ship via FedEx.

FedEx a worst shipping courier,they sent my package to a wrong address,they called me then and it was said hasn’t retrievable my package,I think there is some malicious act on this company,not recommended??????Poor service

It was meant to be delivered days ago, has been on “delivery” for about a week now. Why did I pay for express shipping if I wasn’t going to receive my package

My package never arrives when they say, waiting on a package that been in Grove City, Oh for 3 day UPS is better.....

Very annoying and you people don't even care to give me information about my package whereabouts ??

It was supposed to be here on the seventh it was in ohio for 4 days and then in ocala for two. It was promised a to be delivered on the seventh.

Very poor I had 2 parcels posted from the same place at the same time on a 2 to 3 day delivery 1 turned up with in the 3 days the other still hasn't turned up yet I am still waiting for it,I payed for a service and only got half of it

Many of my items get shipped by FedEx from many locations across the country. I tracked one of my items from North Carolina to Fremont, ohio. It arrived to Perrysburg, Ohio in 2 days from N.C. My item sat in Perrysburg for the next 8 days before being delivered. Probably damaged too. (FedEx breaks everything.) I haven't opened box yet. Im still at work for the next 12 hours.

Worst shipping service you can use. They're always late with deliveries and have terrible tracking service.
