Tracking information is still are two days ago

Fed ex is 2 min from my house . It take 3 days for my package to get to my house from this Facility. Is terrible service

Fed is the worse my package has not been delivered its 13 day late and when I call no one picks up always a recording

It's 9 days since I placed my order!!! Still nothing.....Then I finally track its Iocation.....it is sitting in a warehouse in BILLINGS. MT. ...A BOAT FROM CHINA WOULD BE QUICKER.....

Terrible service! The last several packages they have delivered have been thrown onto the porch. The last guy didn't even get close enough to register as a person on the doorbell camera!

This is the most annoying company to deal with ever. Delivery was supposed to be by end of day yesterday. If I follow tracking with seller, delivery rescheduled for today, go to Fedx website, they aren't delivering until Monday, why??? Item on truck since yesterday, still on truck today! To add insult to injury you cannot speak to anyone anyone at Fedx all automated! Beware if shipping with Fedx, you can't trust them and customer service is non existent!

FEDEX is the slowest of all package carriers and package tracking is clumsy.

I recieved package once again and it was destroyed and had some kind of wet liquid all over it and package was opened. I'm sick of this. There should be sealed boxes or packages especially with covid I shouldn't be getting packages with things spilled on it. That's disgusting. All items seem to been there but all wet had to clean and gonna have to put in plastic bags for three days or more. They better hope I don't get sick from everything in box being exposed. I haven't said anything in past but fed up. Something is not right. The company that sent it is a pharmaceutical so has to be sealed properly cuase of contents. So it is happening in shipping process. Please check into this for me. I appreciate it. I didnt even want to rate a 1 star but it makes you do so to submit. Sorry i had to be the bearer of bad rating. I do believe I deserve better service and at least one package out of the hundreds I recieve in good shape.

Live at place not on Google. Was not deliv'd 1st day, was not out on truck, although showed to have been. 2nd day, had added cross street info to address, & 2 phone #'s. Got no calls, just got text unable to deliver. Would do 0 on this if possible.

I have has 4 packages delivered from FedEx in the past 2 month. Every one of them has been late delivery either sitting at their facility or on the truck out for delivery for anywhere from 3 to 8 days. The packages are damaged and some of the items inside damaged too. FedEx used to be good but here lately USPS seems to be doing a lot better job. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Not a very good delivery company alway losing my packages or they deliver it to someone else

It takes forever and when they deliver my package they don't ring your bell or even knock to let you know they made a delivery. In these precarious times it could stop some theft.
