This us a logistics company. That has a very poor logistics service. A monkey could organize deliveries better than FEDEX means unreliable!!

Part were shipped from Georgia it took less than a day to get to Ocala FL. The destination center for Fedx but could not be delivered 50 miles away over the next 3 days even though it should have been out Wednesday they were out for delivery Thursday never made it went back to Ocala and out for delivery on Friday These part were priority shipped to be recieved 2-3 days I needed these parts for a piece of equipment for our business it costs to much to have this equipment down and not running. Fedx costs us to much to use them. Not a reliable service!!!

Over a day late and still not delivered, terrible service, no customer support. Do not use FedEx.

Package been sitting a week..not cool

I can't believe what I have experienced with this company my package still have not reached it's destination paid for 2 days shipping don't have any idea where the package is I hate to see when Christmas delivery would be like I will not be using them after this delivery poor service for this company.

I had a single parcel that was picked up by your crew in CA and to be delivered by Oct 6th a relatively simple transaction yet until today which was the projected delivery date by days end, somehow you mess it up even more.. it was to be a Birthday Present and now it “ might “ get there tomorrow (Oct 8th).. it NEEDS to get there before 11am WI time as the recipient is leaving town.. get it done as it doesn’t take a space cadet to deliver a parcel, does it?

Terrible with estimated delivery dates… couldn’t find my address about 10 times. Understand that may have been my fault for not making it more clear but why did they attempt to deliver the packages (9 different ones in one order) so many times without just calling me??? Tracking packages through fedex is useless

Stayed home to sign for packages never updated shipment progress never came today

Package has been on truck for 3 days. Awful service.

My package has been in 4 states and is back in the state and it was in a week go. And i live across the country out west. How can you guys mess up this bad. Ups doesnt!! I will never use fed ex again!!!

Message says my package was left at my door. My package is no where to be found. From now forward, if an order is to be delivered by fedx , I will not order that item !

Never on correct dates

Tracking is not at all useful. My package was supposed to arrive yesterday but never showed up. Today FedEx tracking said my estimated delivery date is... yesterday. No further information and it does not even acknowledge that the package delivery is late. PoS.
