I did not recieve my package

Parcel scheduled to arrive receiver at 2 October but still haven’t received at 6 October. Tracking found out parcel arrived at Redbank local depot at 1 October already, no explanation about delay in delivery. Phone call to sales representative this morning at 0900 am, was advised that she’ll follow up with depot and call back but no answer after more than an hour. I have told the sales representative that the parcel was urgent and wanted to collect the parcel at depot by myself

If I could give a negative star, I would. My package was shipped on 9/10/21. Showed it was at the facility by me on 9/16. When I called them 3 days later to see if I can just pick it up, they said they could not locate my package and they could not open an investigation because it was not shipped with insurance. It stayed that way until 10/1 showing it was out for delivery. Now 4 days later, my package will hasn't arrived and NOW it's showing delivery for 10/11. Fed Ex is absolutely horrible. They would not help me and when I asked for a supervisor, the "customer service rep" hung up on me.

2021 service is very poor!!! My package was left in the building lobby while my tracking email says my package was left on the porch. An apartment building is not a house!
