terrible customer service

I want my package to be develivered to my location,I bought a ps5 and it's been 3 days already,I waited four months to save up on it and I want it now

my package delivered to another address. I never got it. I did not get an answer in the fedex office, my rating is 0, they are extremely irresponsible.

Bad service always late and lose the package

I am sick and tried of Fed Ex drivers treating my driveway like the Audubon! Had a driver tell me today that they only drove 6 miles an hour at my driveway. Even though I could hear the truck rattling and banging from the speed they were driving all the way up my driveway. I'm sorry but this is where I live this is my neighborhood. I would never drive in someone else's neighborhood the way these folks drive in mine!

Helpful people, almost always nice. Doing most things right in a timely way.

Haven't received package absolutely ridiculous

I originally purchased a product that would deliver on 9/22 but instead I get a notification an entire week later that my package has been lost. Canceled it, ordered th same product again and I’m still waiting two days after the delivery date. Can someone put this deliverer out of its misery?

Late 4 days or more 100% of the time I do not understand how they are in business still. I won't even order from sellers online anymore of they use FedEx because it's guaranteed to be very late
