  • I would give 0 but it doesn’t exist. It is showing delivered ironic while I was on the phone with Lorna from Customer service. Package was NOT dropped off so it was presumed Stolen. While I was put on hold for 45 minutes to investigate I was opening a police report as this building is secure with cameras and if anything is stolen you have to file police report before cameras can be accessed. Then I was after further investigation the driver went home with the package. I was transferred to a manager at my request Tina who was rude zero customer service and blamed me vs taking accountability. She said “give me a break it’s not a big deal the drivers new and it was his first day!” Then when I said it’s still showing delivered at 6:37 she said “you are wrong!” Keep in mind I’m dealing with a MANAGER of fed ex . I said excuse me? I questioned if it was his first day why was nobody training him? Ironically they used this excuse he is new before when my chemo never arrived so I’ve heard it before. She then got upset and raised her voice how that was not acceptable and I was rude . I said I am just telling you my experience before I am not being rude I am not yelling I’m not raising my voice I am not swearing. Tina was the one who not once said sorry not once apologized and more importantly NEVER took accountability. And said I was wrong the system is showing it is on the truck I said I’m seeing it delivered. tina processed to raise her voice again saying I’m being difficult and I’m wrong so I said did you look? I just did i can. Send You screen shot . She then entered it and sure enough still showing delivered . Did she said sorry did she apologize for telling me I was wrong again she said well he is new and he entered code 14 instead of 17 and didn’t know how to fix it give me a break ! This is how managers in fed ex speak to you. She then hung up on me when I commented on her professionalism. Tina needs to be sorting boxes - equally important and not the face of Fed Ex and away from the public and further training . 18 hours later i still don’t have my package and no idea how to track it as it apparently already delivered. Horrible company, poor training for drivers or non existent if indeed her statement is true why was it his first day and nobody training him and zero customer service training for managers . To date zero accountability and no apology from FedEx and my $800 USD package is still missing.
